Vickie Baltierra, Paralegal

Vickie Baltierra, born and raised in California, has been a Phoenix resident since 2005. She obtained a degree in Business Technology in San Bernardino, CA and received an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College. She started working with Maricopa County in 2008, initially, in the Public Defender’s Office and later transitioning to the Office of Public Defense Services, where She retired in 2023. Ms. Baltierra has been an active member of the MCBA since 2017. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the MCBA Paralegal Division, traveling and craftmaking.
