Richie was born in Hays, Kansas and raised in Arizona. After high school, Richie lived in Peru where he learned Spanish, a skill he continued to hone while earning his Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies. Richie then attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he graduated from in 2019. Richie began with Sloma Law Group as a law clerk in 2018. He now practices in the areas of family law, inmate civil rights, and general civil litigation assisting both English and Spanish speaking clients. Richie’s work with Spanish speaking individuals follows his time volunteering as a translator for the Women, Infants, and Children Program of Utah County and ASU’s Immigration Initiative.
Richie is currently a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association where he hopes to continue volunteering to help traditionally underserved communities. Richie was also recently accepted as a fellow with the Sandra Day O’Connor Inn of Court. Richie spends most of his free time playing golf, attending spin classes, and listening to podcasts.
